Sunset Island Rentals is offering new luxurious six bedroom single-family homes, five bedroom townhomes and three bedroom condominiums for rent on Sunset Island.

• Sunset Island is a private, gated 37-acre island community on Ocean City, MD’s bayside at 67th Street with private beaches, pools, shopping, fishing, boat marina and more

• The community offers the best of all worlds: exclusive bayside vacation rental homes with boat slips that are only two blocks from the Atlantic ocean

• Single-family residences and townhomes have multiple porches and decks.  Private rooftop decks are perfect for watching sunsets over the Bay

• Rental homes are fully equipped with new furnishings, upgraded appliances, tile, home theater equipment, cable television and washer & dryers.  Single-Family residences and townhomes also feature two car garages, exterior showers and off-street parking for four.  Condos provide elevator access and parking for two (one reserved garage space)

• Sunset Island is conveniently only a 2.5 hour drive from either Baltimore, MD or Washington, DC

• Renters have free access to numerous amenities including indoor & outdoor pools, tennis and heath & fitness facilities

Standard rental rates start at $800 per week in the off-season for a condominium. The rates are based on the size of the home you rent and do not change if you have two or twelve people in your group.  Call now to reserve a long weekend off-season or a week or more in-season.

The indoor pool, gym and tennis fees are included in your reservation, the golf courses are open and the sunsets on the bay are breathtaking.  Within walking distance fishing equipment, crabbing gear and wave runners can all be rented (all we ask is that you don't try all three at the same time). Or, simply enjoy the front porch, decks, Jacuzzi soaker tub and home theater system.

Interested in taking a last minute vacation to Sunset Island during the in-season (Memorial Day - Labor Day)?  If we still have availability and we are within 7 days of your desired check-in date, we may be able to reduce both the price and the minimum stay requirement to meet your needs.
