Sunset Island is a private, 37-acre island located on the bay, at 67th Street in Ocean City, two blocks from the ocean. Imagine neo-traditional streetscapes with sidewalks, front porches, alleyways, rear garages and a limited number of community boat slips. Sunset Island embodies the East Coast's most distinctive homes at the shore.

Planned in cooperation with the internationally acclaimed town planning firm of Andres Duany and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk, the community design draws its inspiration from the great small beach towns of the American seaside. Created by Natelli Communities, developers of the most coveted communities in the Mid-Atlantic Region, in partnership with ADC Builders.
