- Take I-95 to Route 50 East.
- Exit on Route 90 toward Ocean City.
- After crossing the bridge over Assawoman Bay, turn left at light onto Coastal Highway (Route 528).
- Sunset Island is located at 67th Street on the bay.
- Estimated travel time: 2.5 hours.
From Points North: Wilmington, Philadelphia, New Jersey & New York
- Take 1-95 South to Route 1 South.
- Exit at Christiana Mall.
- Continue on Route 1 past Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island.
- Route 1 becomes Route 528 (Coastal highway).
- Continue on Coastal Highway and turn right on 67th Street.
- Sunset island is straight ahead.
- Estimated travel times from Philadelphia: 2.5 hours; from New York: 4.5 hours.
